This role requires a deep understanding of industrial equipment and processes, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into tailored solutions for our customers.

The Role : Driving Overall Project Execution

As a Project Manager, you will be the point person for the overall execution of our projects, utilizing your technical prowess and relationship building to provide engineered solutions that enhance customer experience. Your primary responsibilities are :

• Ensuring overall project integrity, budget, schedules, and contractual obligations of intricate custom solutions
• Diagnosing complex customer challenges and engineering tailored solutions that drive efficiency and performance
• Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships, positioning Horizon Systems as a trusted partner
• Negotiating and structuring deals that align with both customer needs and company objectives
• Working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations, and field technician teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Prioritizing work of assigned Project Engineer(s) to execute deliverables both externally and internally
• Traveling 10-25% (5 to 13 weeks per year)
