The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Senior Director, Design and Construction to join our team in Denver, Colorado. The Senior Director serves as the Project Executive and leads our Design and Construction Team on a ground-up project in the Denver area.  This role will supervise and provide daily leadership for Delaware North’s project team and work in partnership with key project stakeholders to establish development priorities.  In this role,  you will be the principal point of contact for the project and responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Delaware North’s internal design and construction team, operational stakeholders, Owner representatives, and key construction and design team stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate should possess extensive project experience in gaming / casino projects, which should include casino gaming floor, hotel, retail, meeting / conference / event spaces, and food and beverage outlets within a casino operation.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary : $132,100 - $178,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
