Socially Significant ABA needs qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)!! This position is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA or supervisor.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Direct work with clients as assigned implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plan
• Work across multiple settings (home, school, clinic)
• Parent training
• Assist with individualized assessment procedures (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PT, DI, EFL etc..), assist with social skills groups, or other program areas assigned
• Additional duties as assigned Education / Skills required :
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred
• Successfully complete a criminal background registry check at the time of application
• Complete a 40-hr training program preferred
• Pass the RBT exam delivered through the BACB & Maintain active RBT Certification status
• Experience with young children and children with developmental disabilities including ASD preferred
