HVAC Lead Installer

Join a trusted, family-owned HVAC company that values your skills and offers career growth, stability, and competitive pay.

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts (overtime / on-call available)

What Youll Do

Lead and complete residential & light commercial installations
Install boilers, split cooling & heat pump systems, furnaces, and ductless systems
Work with distribution and control systems
Manage job sites and coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure high-quality workmanship on every project

Qualifications

7+ years of HVAC / R installation experience (preferred)

EPA 1, 2, 3 Certification (preferred)

Valid drivers license and clean driving record (required)

Skilled in brazing, soldering, wiring schematics, and blueprints

Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work on rooftops / ladders

Professional, reliable, and strong communicator
