Job Title : Medical Records / Scheduler

Location : Bartlesville, OK

Schedule : Monday–Thursday 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM | Friday 8 : 30 AM–3 : 00 PM

Pay Range : $16–$20 per hour (depending on experience)

Overview :

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Records / Scheduler to join our clinic in Bartlesville. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience working in a healthcare setting, and a passion for providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain patient medical records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Schedule patient appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits
• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Verify patient information and update records as needed
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and other healthcare facilities
• Prepare, scan, and file medical documentation
• Ensure timely release of medical records per HIPAA guidelines
• Assist with daily front office and administrative tasks as needed
