Position Title : Technical Outage Coordinator
Location : Bartow, FL area
Pay : $100 - $120,000, health, Pension, 401k, PTO, Full relocation

Job Description :
- Plan and execute capital projects from initial concept through implementation - including scope development, cost estimation, scheduling, and contractor oversight.
- Lead technical problem-solving efforts by analyzing equipment data, plant systems, and operational performance to recommend effective engineering and process improvements.
- Develop and deliver presentations that clearly communicate project plans, performance metrics, and recommendations to plant management and Seminole's executive leadership.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between engineering, maintenance, and operations on project goals, safety, and compliance.
- Support NERC Compliance Programs by maintaining documentation, preparing audit evidence, and ensuring standards are met or exceeded.
- Participate in outage planning and coordination, providing updates and ensuring project integration with major maintenance activities.
- Monitor project performance against scope, budget, and schedule targets, and prepare status reports for management review.
- Stay current on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and cost-effective solutions.
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability, ensuring all work complies with OSHA, SECI, and site safety standards.
