Finance Operations Job Post

Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health by overseeing the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishing and maintaining fiscal controls, preparing and interpreting financial reports, overseeing financial systems, and safeguarding the organization's assets. Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes : pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable, and employee travel & expense. Responsibilities include conducting proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries, and dispute resolution with a concentration on customer pricing from internal and external customers. It also involves collaborating proactively and cross-functionally with internal and external key stakeholders, leading customer accounts and processes in a fast-paced and highly data analytical environment, leading customer-facing video conversations and escalations to improve overall customer experience, driving process innovation for customers through their identified pricing program, driving and influencing process changes to proactively prevent reoccurrence of negative customer experiences through root cause analysis, effectively prioritizing multiple job tasks to meet deadlines, demonstrating leadership skills to assist other team members, modeling an ownership mindset by taking accountability for outcomes, and continuously learning and adapting through updates in systems, processes, and other career growth opportunities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, 2-4 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel), proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau reporting, strong ability to lead direct conversations with internal and external customers, sense of urgency, attention to detail, prioritization, and accountability, ability to build strong collaborative relationships and communicate effectively, and strong organizational skills.

What is expected of you and others at this level includes applying working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks, working on projects of moderate scope and complexity, identifying possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and taking action to resolve, applying judgment within defined parameters, receiving general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects, and work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy.

Anticipated salary range : $57,000-$73,440.
