This position is responsible for supporting the company’s sales goals through professional sales techniques and excellent customer service, meeting sales growth goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develops maximum sales potential out of assigned territory through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of WIE products and services.
- Builds and maintains positive relations with existing accounts, and increases account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis.
- Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including company leads, networking and cold calls, following up on leads promptly.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs.
- Stays current in market conditions regarding products, product updates, service offerings and new technologies.
- Creates customized proposals to meet specific customer requirements efficiently.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent diplomacy and negotiation skills.Valid Driver’s License – must meet insurance underwriting requirements.Physical Requirement :
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.Travel to meet with clients.Education and Experience Required :
