Senior Data Scientist | AI

As Senior Data Scientist at Epicor, you will be a key contributor to our growing AI team, helping us unlock the full potential of machine learning and advanced analytics. You will apply cutting-edge techniques to derive insights from complex datasets, drive innovation across our product portfolio, and shape the future of intelligent business solutions. You will be responsible for building scalable models, experimenting with LLMs, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful outcomes. We are seeking applicants with a passion for data, strong technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset.

What you will be doing :

• Apply machine learning and AI algorithms to uncover insights and solve business challenges
• Mine, process, clean, and validate large structured and unstructured datasets
• Develop and experiment with advanced LLM techniques and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems
• Perform statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and other modern tools
• Contribute to the evolution of Epicor's AI strategy through research and innovation
