Momentum is hiring Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for our new Adult Day Program in Thousand Oaks.

As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional, you will support disabled individuals with daily living needs in an Adult Day Program setting. As a Caregiver / DSP, you will support people with their physical, emotional, and social needs by focusing on the person first.
