Position Summary

The Installation Manager is a key leader responsible for guiding and supporting Project Managers to deliver roofing projects safely, efficiently, and to Bliss Roofing’s high standards of craftsmanship. This role oversees scheduling, crew assignments, and job quality while ensuring every project provides homeowners with a seamless, white-glove service experience. The Installation Manager develops and mentors Project Managers, matches crews to projects based on skill and performance, and holds teams accountable to company expectations for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include reviewing order changes, validating CRM (ServiceTitan) entries, and partnering with office staff to ensure accurate job costing and compliance. By setting the standard for operational excellence, the Installation Manager plays a central role in upholding Bliss Roofing’s reputation for integrity and excellence built since 1969.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Project Managers, ensuring they understand expectations and execute their roles effectively
• Assign crews to jobs based on workload and capabilities, maximizing available capacity
• Addressing and resolving project challenges in real time, including coordinating materials and equipment
• Review and validate change orders for accuracy and margin adherence
• Quality control for photos and reports submitted by PMs to ensure work quality meets company standards
• Oversee crew pay, ensuring all work is captured and relayed to Production Administrators for job costing
• Conduct occasional site visits for spot checks and quality control
• Serve as a technical resource for PMs and crew leaders, answering roofing or ServiceTitan-related questions
• Hold PMs accountable for Google review performance, accurate change orders, and adherence to processes
• Serves as a point of contact for customers throughout projects and addresses concerns as needed
