Gabriel Kreuther - a Relais & Chateaux property with two Michelin stars and three New York Times stars - is seeking a passionate and dedicated FOH Service professional to join our team. We are currently interviewing for an experienced Sommelier.
The Sommelier will be responsible for wine service on the floor, maintaining and growing an extensive Grand Award wine cellar, maximizing profit through up-selling all beverages, providing unique and thoughtful wine pairing experiences, contributing to our ongoing staff education program and keeping our team up to date of all changes to the wine list and the wine program.
The position requires a minimum of three years of similar professional experience in an upscale dining environment, a teamwork mindset, discipline, a strive for excellence and learning. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and possess strong communication skills.
