Certified Coding Auditor

A company is looking for a Profee Coding Auditor to join their HIM consulting team remotely on a PRN basis.

Key Responsibilities

Perform coding audits and reviews on various professional fee record types and specialties

Conduct research to provide clients with regulatory and coding guideline documentation

Assist in designing and presenting educational seminars to clients and staff

Required Qualifications

AHIMA or AAPC certification

2-5 years of experience performing E / M audits and previous coding experience

Ability to remain impartial and objective in audit findings

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with EMR systems and audit software

Experience in developing coding content and educational materials
