The Role
As an early Forward Deployed Software Engineer , you'll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success - building, deploying, and optimizing real-world solutions that bring the platform to life for enterprise clients.
You'll work directly with customers to design technical implementations, migrate from legacy systems, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Deployments : Design and deliver complex proof-of-concept implementations that demonstrate product value and drive adoption.
- Build & Extend the Product : Write production-quality code to develop new features and workflows aligned with customer needs.
- Drive AI Automation : Continuously improve and fine-tune automation agents to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Own Onboarding & Migration : Oversee implementation, configuration, and migration processes to ensure a seamless transition from legacy solutions.
- Develop Workflow Automations : Use internal tools and code to create advanced automations that address specific business requirements.
- Serve as a Technical Liaison : Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams-troubleshooting issues, surfacing insights, and advocating for user needs.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to translate feedback into product improvements.
- Enable Customer Success : Deliver training and documentation that empower clients to independently manage and scale their automation workflows.
Qualifications
2+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in a role with significant customer-facing interaction.Strong coding skills and familiarity with APIs, scripting, and production-level systems.Proven ability to guide customers from pilot through full deployment, with a customer-first mindset.Excellent communication skills - able to convey technical solutions clearly to both technical and business audiences.Highly adaptable, self-directed, and comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.Resourceful problem-solver with a bias toward action and rapid iteration.Bonus Points :
