• Cashier Experience Preferred

The Event Staff Supervisor performs a variety of tasks to ensure smooth parking operations during an event, while delivering service that exceeds our customer / client's expectations. Depending on the needs of the specific event, the Event Staff Lead is responsible for greeting and assisting guests, directing traffic (flagging), and maintaining a safe environment, as well as providing leadership to other Event Staff and overall support to the Event Manager. The Event Staff Lead works closely with fellow team members, Event Manager, and / or Shift Supervisor to ensure that customer service as well as safety standards are met at all times.
