ICP Group is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and lead sales efforts across the Midwest. Reporting directly to the California Sports Surfaces (CSS) Sales Director, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence while supporting customers who use our high-performance, multi-sport surface coatings and cushion systems.

This role combines account management, business development, and technical support to serve a wide variety of customers-including tennis and pickleball courts, running tracks, recreational surfaces, municipal projects, sports facilities, and high-end residential installations. You'll work closely with distribution partners, contractors, architects, and designers to create and secure new opportunities while growing existing accounts.

Your territory would consist of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with the Performance Coatings Team, lead generation, and product management teams to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with contractors, distributors, architects, and dealers.
• Conduct regular 360 customer reviews and follow-ups.
• Drive weekly Salesforce CRM reporting, review lead generation and sales reports, and build a proactive project pipeline through specifications, bid notifications, and market insights.
• Deliver live product demonstrations, remote training, and educational presentations for customers and prospects.
• Work with technical services, finance, and other support teams to ensure customer success-including installation support, product usage calculations, and A / R activities.
• Represent ICP Group through participation in sports surfacing organizations, trade shows, and industry events.
