What Will You Contribute?
As a Senior Sales & Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net new business acquisition while managing and growing relationships within an assigned portfolio of accounts or territory. This hybrid role combines new client acquisition with account management to maximize client retention and revenue growth. Acting as a trusted advisor for Finastra solutions, you will develop deep client insights, align our offerings to their strategic priorities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional value and meet performance objectives.
Responsibilities & Deliverables :
New Business Acquisition
Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
Account Management & Growth
Develop and execute strategic account plans for named accounts to drive continued investment and expansion.
Client Engagement
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across business and IT domains.
Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with cross-functional teamsincluding Solution Consultants and senior leadershipto advance sales pursuits and ensure client satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and account documentation in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Experience :
Experience
7+ years of progressive experience in consultative sales and account management.
Skills
Strong ability to build credible, influential relationships with senior executives.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
