Job Title : Psychiatrist

Location : Memphis TN 38120

Duration : 3 years to long term

Shift : 8 : 00am- 04 : 30pm (M-F)

Job description :

• Direct Patient Care : estimated 95% of the time involved in direct patient care.
• Inpatient Care : All psychiatrists will be required to work in collaboration with Mental Health staff who are part-time or full time salaried for inpatient care duties including but not limited to :
• Operating and collaborating physician's patients
• Seeing 1C / 1D Psychiatry Service - Ward Patients.
• Admitting
• Diagnosis of patients
• Developing Treatment Plans
• Managing, including the performance of timely treatment
• Discharge / Transfer
• Including all needed medical record documentation
• Outpatient Care
• Seeing all new patient referrals with accompanying medical records
• Seeing severely mental ill patients
• Evaluation disposition E-consult
• Post-discharged follow up
• Patients must be seen by provider in 30 days
