Shift : Morning, Afternoon, and Overnight
Pay rate : $16.00 / hr - $18.00 / hr (weekly payment)
Job Description
- Provide habilitation services to each client as prescribed in that client's service plans (CFA, Individual Service plan, Habilitation plan)
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as preparing food, personal hygiene, and cleaning
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Willingness to support people's preferences for community, activities, work, leisure activities, the exercise of their rights, etc. in various settings
- Other duties as assigned
