Clinical Nurse III - Post Cardiothoracic Surgical Unit

In this role, you will :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform various treatments and special tests, ensuring compliance with company policy and local / state / federal regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
• Assess patient needs and responses to care while applying sound nursing judgment in patient management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as ordered, including over-the-counter and prescription drugs.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide ancillary personnel and uphold high standards of professional nursing.
