Salary Range : $58,200 - $64,200 Per Year

This position is eligible to receive quarterly incentive bonuses based on property management metric performance and other job-related performance factors.

CommonBond Communities invites qualified applicants to apply for the Property Manager position at our Maple Terrace and Pleasant Place properties in Maple Plain and Rogers MN. The position oversees 2 properties with a total of 62 units. The Property Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the site in order to provide a fiscally sound, well-maintained and socially healthy apartment community. The Property Manager also provides leadership and guidance to the staff. This position oversees a total of 68 units split between two properties.
