11p-7a | Weekends

All Shifts Open | Per Diem

Pay Range $38.00-$60.00 (All Inclusive Based on Experience, Shift and Status)

Same-Day Pay!

Qualifications for RN Supervisor :

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.

Minimum 5+ years RN experience preferably in a long term care setting.

Minimum 1+ years experience in a supervisor setting.

Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel, and the public.

Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.

Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.

Subacute experience is strongly preferred
