Kids In Crisis is Connecticut's ONLY free, round-the-clock agency providing emergency shelter, crisis counseling and community educational programs for children of all ages and families dealing with a wide range of crises, including domestic violence, mental health and family problems, substance abuse, economic difficulties and more.
REPORTS TO: UC Program Director
Responsibilities:
- Support UC Administrative Team
- Data entry and reports
- Ordering supplies
- Managing youth appointments
- Youth Workers scheduling
- Tracking trainings
- E-Mail correspondence
- Troubleshooting
- Overseeing clothing, food, fire drills and weekly/monthly task completion
- Monitor and report on Apricot data system
- Transport youth to appointments
- Back-up coverage for youth workers
Essential Functions:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.; ability to Stand and sit for long periods
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- English / Spanish fluency required
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Degree with 2 years of clerical related experience
- Strong ability to multi-task and work with multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent organizational, computer, oral and written skills
