Contract

Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsibilities include aiding in contract negotiations, preparing proposals, plans, specifications, and managing financial conditions of contracts. Develops new business and expands product lines. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents across departments. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as an advisor to the program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs complex tasks with a degree of creativity and latitude. Typically reports to a department head.

Seeking a strong, hands-on Program Manager. Salesforce experience is preferred but not required. The project involves leading a new Salesforce Health Cloud deployment for Pharmacy Solutions, coordinating with development vendors, internal Data Warehouse team, and reports & analytics teams. The candidate should be able to hold vendors accountable and help form a strong team. Strong reasoning skills and quick learning ability are essential. Experience with IT projects and Agile methodologies is required. AbbVie SLC experience is preferred.

Requires a bachelor's degree and 8-11 years of relevant experience.
