We are seeking a detail-oriented, impact-driven Project Manager to join the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at our client's site. This role will support system-wide efforts to implement and maintain projects and initiatives, providing administrative and operational support to achieve stated objectives and deliverables to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion activities. Ideal candidates should have experience managing multiple projects; an understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion; strong communication and analytical skills; and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position will report to the HR Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and be responsible for the following duties : Manage projects and programs, and oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, scope, definition, design, execution, and delivery. Lead in data reporting for the team, including large data sets for language access and any other needs within the team. Provide administrative and operational support for the broader equity, diversity, and inclusion portfolio. Develop administrative and operational processes, templates, procedures / protocols, and other core documents. Support the development and implementation of short- and long-range plans to meet project requirements. Conduct research and provide analytic support that can be applied to the successful execution of projects. Set goals and metrics to evaluate the performance of programs and connect to business goals. Support the administration and logistics of regular monthly and quarterly meetings with key stakeholders. Support implementation—including trainings and communications. Develop and maintain templates and tools to track project progress; drive decision tracking and resolution lists, databases, distribution lists, and meeting facilitation; and facilitate communication. Tools may include status reports, dashboards, and issue materials. Participate in meetings; prepare, plan, and facilitate seminars, meetings, or conferences; coordinate logistics, scheduling, and participant communications. Manage the contract process and process flow. Manage and process translation requests submitted to ODEI, including health literacy review. Assist or lead in preparation for events and activities run by the team. Oversee documentation, communication, logistics, and financial tasks for projects while coordinating resources and providing technical support. All other tasks and projects, as assigned. Requirements : Experience working in an intersectional and collaborative manner to develop cohesion across employee network groups. Significant experience working with large data and MS Excel. Proven ability to successfully organize and manage multiple large projects. Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team and ability to work in a complex environment requiring significant collaboration, including bridge-building with different groups and stakeholders. Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to think strategically. Superb writing and editing skills, with a flexible writing style, ability to handle writing assignments from start to finish, and ability to edit content for clarity, accuracy, style, and organization under tight deadlines. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Experience in language services is preferred. Bachelor's Degree. 2+ years of experience. Proficient in MS Excel.
