Construction Laborer

Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. Assist in the installation of retaining walls. Load, unload, and move materials such as blocks, gravel, and tools. Mix, pour, and compact materials as required (e.g., concrete, stone, or base materials). Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow instructions from supervisors and work cooperatively with team members. Assist in setting levels, measuring, and layout for proper wall alignment. Clean rubble and debris, spread seed and straw. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
