Job Duties :
Inventory Control : Maintaining accurate inventory records, implementing inventory control procedures, and conducting regular audits to ensure precision.Inventory Planning :
Forecasting demand, planning replenishment, and collaborating with related teams to ensure product availability.Warehouse Management :
Overseeing Inventory operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.Data Management :
Utilizing inventory management software and data analysis to track inventory, identify trends, and generate reports.Cost Management :
Implementing strategies to reduce inventory costs and optimize turnover.Team Leadership :
Leading and mentoring inventory staff, providing training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Reporting and Analysis :
Preparing and presenting inventory reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.Creating and implementing a daily cycle counting program.Direct Reports :
Cycle counting staff at two locations.Monthly :
Coordinates physical inventory counts at month end between both manufacturing facilities alongside department management.Key Skills :
