Overview

Position Title & Basic Details

Were looking for an Automation Engineer DeltaV Area Lead & Integration Support based in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a Full-Time, Contract position requiring 3-5 years of relevant experience. A Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field is strongly preferred.

In this role, youll be responsible for leading the DeltaV automation area and providing integration support for our systems. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in DeltaV control systems and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automation systems for process control and integration projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Follow best practices and stay current on industry trends to continuously improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Expertise : Proficiency in DeltaV control systems; familiarity with PID tuning, scripting, and network protocols is a plus.
  • Experience : Minimum 3-5 years working on automation and control systems projects.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Honeywell DeltaV architecture and configuration.
  • Specific experience in process automation and systems integration.
  • Additional credentials or certifications related to automation engineering.
