We are currently searching for a Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Service team within our Corporate Finance and Forensics consulting team. What you will do :
Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reportsResearch and financial analysis of target companiesDue diligence for both buy side and sell side transactionsCommunication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client serviceParticipate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firmOpportunities for career development and to advance within the transaction advisory services groupUtilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the communityInvest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programsSupport the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goalsSuccessful candidates will have :
6+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service linesBachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferredHigh motivation, initiative and positive attitudeExcellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities appropriatelyIntermediate modeling and excel skills, experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and ability to generate data-driven insightsAbility to work autonomously, to meet tight deadlines, and to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management and ability to lead and drive initiativesAbility to work effectively and thrive in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industriesAbility to comfortably interact with senior level client personnel, including supporting the preparation of and participating in executive briefingsThe compensation range for this role is $124,910 to $236,800. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
