World Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing job in Kealakekua, Hawaii.

  • Hawaii Labor & Delivery RN contracts – nights only
  • Multi-state applicants encouraged (must hold current HI license)

    • Experience Required :

  • Minimum 4 years RN experience.
  • Strong background in Labor & Delivery, Nursery, and Couplet Care.
  • Experience with 45–50 deliveries / month in a hospital setting.
  • Intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring required.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive care for mothers and newborns, including labor, delivery, postpartum, and nursery.
  • Deliver couplet care for mother / baby pairs.
  • Float to other departments when needed (not as primary nurse).
  • Serve as Charge Nurse as assigned (+$2 / hr differential).
  • Use EPIC EMR for patient documentation.

    • Qualifications :

  • Current Hawaii RN license (must already be active).
  • ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required.
  • Strong communication and critical care skills in obstetric and newborn care.

    • Please note : Only candidates who meet all minimum qualifications and required certifications will be considered.
