We are looking for a visionary Director of Clinical Operations to lead and elevate our clinical teams across home health and hospice.

The Director of Clinical Operations will provide strategic leadership and oversight to all clinical programs and operations within our Home Health and Hospice programs. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high-quality standards of care, supporting staff development, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is an experienced clinical leader with a passion for patient-centered care and a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations within home health and hospice.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols, quality assurance initiatives, and performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish strategic goals and manage clinical budgets.
• Lead, mentor, and support clinical managers, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and drive initiatives to enhance patient care, satisfaction, and safety.
• Serve as the primary liaison with physicians, referral sources, and community partners to foster growth and excellence in care delivery.
• Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and continuing education programs.
