With over 35 years of experience servicing over 1500 stores across the US, our fully certified technicians provide our customers with support and repair solutions designed to extend the life of their equipment, reducing downtime and minimizing the impact on our customer’s bottom line.

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in performing preventative and reactive maintenance services on electromechanical equipment within the target city and surrounding areas.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and then provide a solution
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment adhering to OSHA safety regulations
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and coworkers
• Other duties as needed
