Job Overview

The Starbucks Supervisor directs daily operations of the licensed Starbucks café inside Macy’s, ensuring an efficient, professional, safe, and profitable operation while upholding Starbucks brand standards and Macy’s Foods Division expectations. As the Supervisor, you’ll work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted products, serving as a role model of the operations standards that define Starbucks Experience. You’ll coach and develop team members, maintain an encouraging and energetic work environment, and partner with leadership to support sales, profitability, and compliance goals. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to positively influence others, grow your leadership skills, and create an uplifting experience for both customers and partners.
