Client Systems Support Manager
Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments, is seeking to hire a Client Systems Support Manager to add to our growing Client Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Client Systems Support team, which accomplishes a variety of IT related tasks throughout the diverse Sweetwater enterprise.
This work includes maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones and a variety of iOS / mobile devices. This is fast paced position that requires a candidate with amazing customer service skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Client Systems Support team, which provides technical assistance to the Sweetwater campus in Fort Wayne, Indiana
- Provide hardware and software support for MacOS and iOS devices
- Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of technology such as printers, cameras, Raspberry Pi's, Chrome-boxes, etc.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic networking and telephony issues
Qualifications
Prior experience leading Help Desk / IT teams in an enterprise environment.Experience in mentoring junior staff members to help them fulfill their potential.Excellent customer-facing communications skills in person, on the phone and via email.Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive.Strong personal computer troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, preferably in a Mac / OS environment.Strong passion for electronics and technical consumer products.Understanding of IP networking and network troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of scripting with Bash, PowerShell, or Python (preferred).Microsoft Windows Competency and experience with Active Directory (preferred)Desire to understand and improve technology and processes within the IT teamSweetwater Ideal Team-Player
