The role provides a broad range of accounting exposure-spanning invoicing, payments, reporting, and plant-level support-while also offering opportunities for learning, professional growth, and expanded responsibilities as the company continues to thrive.

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant :

Provide general accounting support across the company and multiple manufacturing sites

Prepare and process customer invoices and vendor payments

Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly close support

Maintain and update customer parts lists, order routing logs, and other administrative records

Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance

Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc accounting and financial projects

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

1+ years of hands-on accounting experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience a plus

A self-starter who enjoys learning, growing, and taking on new challenges
