Founding Frontend Engineer - Dragonfly Portfolio. Dragonfly is a crypto-native venture capital and research firm with $2B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies. Our Talent team works to support the recruiting efforts of the companies within our portfolio by connecting them with talented potential candidates.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 1+ years as a tech lead or engineering manager
• Experience building products at scale (1M+ users)
• Comfort working across the stack (e.g., React, TypeScript, APIs, infra)
• Strong product instincts and user empathy
• Experience in early-stage environments
• Bonus : Background in consumer crypto, gaming, or embedded SDKs
