Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Associate, M&A and Strategic Finance to join our Finance team in New York City. This high-impact, visible role will report directly to the SVP of Finance, who leads FP&A, M&A, and Investor Relations, and will play a key role across these strategic areas to help drive growth, value creation, and financial excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring strong transactional and capital markets experience, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative, team-first mindset. You'll be a core contributor across all stages of M&A - from sourcing and diligence to valuation, deal execution, and post-close integration - while helping shape our investor relations agenda and supporting high-impact strategic finance initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the C-suite, private equity sponsors, and institutional lenders at a PE-backed, global organization with a dynamic, growth-oriented culture.
