Regional Security Manager – West Coast, North America

Richemont | Los Angeles, CA

Role Overview

The Regional Security Manager will assume responsibility for Richemont’s West Market for North America. This role’s primary objective is to take a proactive approach to ensure compliance and promote a safe and secure environment by protecting all tangible and intangible assets. This position will be based in the Los Angeles, CA area and will report to the Director of Security for North America.

Responsibilities

  • Regionally manage all Richemont locations within the assigned geographic area from a Security & Safety perspective including retail locations
  • Manage, train and evaluate all direct reports
  • Oversee and coordinate contracted security services
  • Train and raise awareness for all associates within their Region on security policies and procedures
  • Identify, investigate and resolve all violations and acts of dishonesty
  • Directly responsible for the allotted budget
  • Relationships include retail, corporate internal, all Richemont brands, vendors, and external risk management partners
  • Conduct risk and compliance assessments while mitigating measures
  • Other tasks and duties as requested by manager

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Multi store / location experience
  • Superior communication, verbal and written, skills are required
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize / multitask
  • Proficient in conducting investigations and integrity interviews
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications; ex : excel, word, and Power point
  • Experience with direct reports
  • Coordinate projects and resolve problems
  • College degree is preferred
  • Ability to flex schedule in include evenings and weekend support
  • Working knowledge of security equipment and software packages including CCTV, Burglar alarms, POS exception reporting, etc.
  • Wicklander or Reid interviewing and integration certification preferred
  • Other security certifications a plus
  • Travel requirements – up to 30%
