This client specializes in advanced composite manufacturing and custom fabrication. Their team is built on precision, innovation, and a commitment to quality. They are expanding and looking for YOU to join their skilled production crew!

Fiberglass Technicians will be responsible for assisting in mold set-up and prep, supporting the lead laminator, and performing a variety of fabrication and assembly tasks. You'll work closely with other team members and management to meet daily and weekly production goals across multiple projects.

Schedule

1st Shift : Monday - Friday

Pay

$20.00-$25.00 / hour, depending on experience

Weekly paychecks every Friday

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform fiberglass laminating, drilling, and assembly tasks
• Assist with mold set-up and prep for production runs
• Prep parts for finishing and ensure quality standards
• Assemble components with precision, including drilling and bolting
• Support metal fabrication tasks such as drilling and sawing (welding a plus but not required)
• Build custom crates and frames for shipping and storage
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
