We are currently hiring for a Foreman / Lead Installer here in Phoenix, AZ! We are seeking a skilled Foreman to lead the construction of shaded structures for commercial buildings. This role involves setting columns, pouring concrete footings, placing steel, and installing custom elements with precision.

Responsibilities :

• Construct shaded structures for commercial buildings.
• Excavate materials and prepare sites for construction.
• Set columns and pour concrete for footings measuring 36" round and 10 feet deep.
• Install steel and custom elements, completing tasks within 2-3 weeks.
• Lead and manage a team of laborers, ensuring effective communication and task delegation.
• Read and interpret construction drawings accurately.
• Perform some electrical work when shades include lighting.
• Install ladders and ensure all installations are level and secure.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
