Director of Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead platform engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own platform strategy and execution across data infrastructure and core systems

Strengthen the platform engineering operating model to support scalable growth

Champion the adoption of AI across engineering workflows and product systems

Required Qualifications

10+ years in software and / or data engineering, with experience in platform environments

4+ years of experience leading engineering managers and technical contributors

Proven ability to improve execution discipline and cross-functional alignment

Experience defining platform strategy and managing technical debt

B.A. / B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
