Compensation : $21.75- $25.00 / hour (DOE)

Schedule : Mornings and Evenings - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

Requirements :

• Clean, disinfect, and sanitize all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, fitness centers, pools, and outdoor spaces.
• Restock amenities, paper products, and cleaning supplies.
• Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors using appropriate equipment.
• Remove trash, compost, and recycling from common areas.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure lost-and-found items are properly logged.
• Operate UV light technology and follow safety protocols.
• Assist housekeeping staff with room readiness and special requests.
• Complete deep cleaning tasks and seasonally assigned projects.
• Uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Marginal Duties : Power wash exterior decks and assist with snow removal.
• Support sustainability initiatives (recycling, composting, resource conservation).
• Perform additional duties as needed across property.
