Human Resources Developer (Trainer)
The Michigan Civil Service Commission (MCSC) is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled professional to provide training and development in virtual and in-person settings as well as through asynchronous e-learning. This position will serve in the Office of Human Resource Training and Development. The focus will be internal training for MCSC, teaching specific job-related tasks and skills including software, policy, and procedure. The position will also train on soft skills, such as communication, change management and conflict resolution, for all state employees.
