Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
Collaborate with leaders to understand business goals and hiring priorities, providing strategic hiring insights
Drive initiatives to improve hiring metrics and maintain data accuracy for informed decision-making
Required Qualifications
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in engineering and technical roles
Proven success in high-growth environments, both startups and established companies
Ability to manage senior-level relationships and act as a strategic advisor
Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruitment analytics tools (e.g., Gem)
Track record of driving recruiting process improvements and mentoring other recruiters
