Role Overview

Coupang is looking for a driven, customer obsessed, and creative candidate to help us drive our existing brands and acquire new vendors / sellers.

The Brand Manager will be primarily responsible for 1) setting brand strategies, 2) expanding selection for existing brands,

3) improving business terms, and 4) driving the top and bottom line of the overall P&L.

What You Will Do

• Manage new and existing sellers – manage day-to-day relationships and consistently work to expand our selection.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and vendor partners.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high operational standards.
• Provide Support to the direct manager.

Basic Qualifications

This candidate should have previous experience in buying / vendor management or new business development as well as a background in retail or ecommerce. They must be able to work in a highly demanding but collegial environment where teamwork is a must. The right candidate will be a self-starter, able to work with minimal direction, be flexible, action and results oriented.

Pay & Benefits :

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation.The base pay for this position ranges from $83,000 / year in our lowest geographic market to $154,000 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
