Job Summary and Qualifications

In this role, you will provide direct nursing care and coordinate with physicians and ancillary units during your shifts under the guidance of the Charge Nurse or Unit Director. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions during admission and throughout each shift, quickly identifying and addressing any changes in their status.
• Perform procedures, monitor, and administer medications as directed by medical providers, documenting care accurately in the patient's medical record.
• Deliver exceptional patient care by responding promptly to requests and proactively anticipating needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and potential side effects to ensure comprehensive understanding.
