Schedule Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Job Description As a Registered Nurse in the Med Surge / Tele unit, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, working in a collaborative environment that includes both RN and Monitor Tech personnel for telemetry monitoring. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and administer medications as prescribed. Monitor patients' conditions and record vital signs. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Float to other units / hospitals as required based on patient care needs. Complete Dysrhythmia testing within the required timeframe. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
