As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for management of the design, procurement, construction, commissioning and activation of one or more healthcare buildings working alongside other project managers as part of a healthcare system facilities master plan. We'll look to you to manage all budgets, schedules, scope development, design, construction and consulting contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assigned projects. You'll manage the review and approval process for consultant invoices and contractor pay applications as well as change orders. You will function as an extension of the client's internal project management department and be a steward for the client's goals. This is an on site, client facing position and you will represent the client to designers, contractors, consultants, AHJ's and other stakeholders. You will report directly to the client and Jacobs program manager. Your role keeps our company connected and we'll support you with what you need to be successful.
