Security Officer - Facility Patrol

As a Security Officer - Facility Patrol in Trenton, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food / Beverage, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a prominent food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for staff and visitors. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while your commitment to exceptional customer service and clear communication will support a positive atmosphere. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within a food and beverage production environment.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to observe for unusual or suspicious activity.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance issues, and hazards to appropriate personnel and / or Allied Universal management.
  • Collaborate with site personnel to address concerns and uphold security-related standards in the location.
  • Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing directions and responding to requests for assistance when appropriate.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
