Were looking for a dynamic sales-driven Service Manager someone who thrives in a fast-paced high-volume shop environment and knows how to lead a team grow sales and deliver exceptional service. This is not an order-taking role; its a leadership position for someone who knows how to sell motivate and win.

What Youll Do

• Drive the front counter. Youll lead by example turning customer needs into actionable repair opportunities.
• Coach and lead your team of technicians and service advisors to maximize productivity quality and profitability.
• Own the customer experience from consultation to close ensuring every guest leaves confident satisfied and coming back.
• Sell with integrity. Build trust through expert recommendations and transparent communication.
• Manage daily shop operations including scheduling workflow and quality control.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to keep your shop on track for sales and service goals.
• Maintain shop organization and efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

What Were Looking For

• Proven success in a high-volume automotive service or sales environment (2 years preferred).
• A confident communicator who can close sales and build lasting relationships.
• A leader who can inspire train and hold a team accountable while keeping morale high.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair diagnostics and maintenance services.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Valid drivers license and flexible availability (weekends included).
